Q How do the radiators work?

Q How efficient are they?
A In the BSRIA test they are show to use 59% less electricity than storage heaters.
 
Q What is inside them?
A The radiators are filled with a patented thermodynamic fluid that quickly diffuses heat on all the radiator surfaces, that contribute to the permanent hot point effect.
 
Q Will they work on Economy 7?
A They will only work with a constant supply electricity tariff such as the Economy 10 tariff from Scottish and Southern Energy.
 
Q Can you come and demonstrate the radiators?
A If you live in the following areas Devon – Cornwall – Dorset – Somerset – Avon We can offer you a free no obligation product demonstration and survey.
 
Q How do we know what size we need?
A You can call us Free on 0800 458 7418 with your room sizes or fill in the online form.
 
Q Can we send plans or measurements?
A Yes just email or post your plans/measurements to us.
 
Q Can we buy one initially?
A Yes you can, but the more you order the bigger the discount.
 
Q What warranty do they have?
A The EHK Range of Electric Radiators comes with a 5 year warranty on the radiator body and 2 year warranty on the electrics.
 
Q Are they easy to fit?
A Yes, but we do advise you to consult a qualified electrician.
 
Q Do you do fitting?
A Yes we can quote you a price for fitting of the radiators in the South West region.
 
Q Do they have timers built in?
A No the radiators can be plugged into a 13amp socket, and turned on/off and up and down as required or used with a variety of socket timers. Also can be used with the pilot wire programmer, or Cyclopes controller.
 
Q How do we pay?
A We accept most major credit/debit cards, and you can pay by cheque although goods will not be dispatched until cleared funds.
 
Q How long for delivery?
A We hold a great deal of stock, and goods are normally delivered in 2/3 days if we are out of stock or special order two/three weeks.
